Randall "Randy" Unter, a devoted husband and father, respected healthcare executive, and proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, passed away peacefully of natural causes in June 2025.

Born with a natural talent for leadership and an innate ability to build lasting relationships, Randy spent nearly four decades dedicated to transforming healthcare organizations. Throughout his career, he collaborated with prominent healthcare institutions and physician organizations in Colorado and beyond, playing key roles in enhancing patient care and improving operational and financial efficiency.

An entrepreneur at heart, Randy founded Integrated Medical Campus, Inc., where he continued to innovate and elevate standards in hospital and ambulatory care center management. His professional legacy is defined by his ability to translate ambitious ideas into thriving healthcare ventures, always with compassion at the core. He was also the founder and CEO of KidSmart, a large managed service organization dedicated to pediatric care, further exemplifying his passion for innovative healthcare solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Randy was known as the life of every gathering, effortlessly forging deep connections and friendships wherever he went. His unwavering love, generosity, and humor left indelible marks on family, friends, and colleagues alike. He was a loving father whose support and pride in his family were unwavering..

In his leisure, Randy found great joy in fly fishing and sailing, often dreaming of one day owning a small yacht and exploring the pristine fishing waters near Marco Island, Florida.

Randy's memory will be cherished by all who knew him, as they celebrate a life richly lived and warmly shared.
